My approach is grounded in the belief that your body, your instincts, and your choices matter.
I provide calm, compassionate support through home births, birth center births, and hospital births, meeting you where you are without judgment.
Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, a medicated birth, or simply want someone beside you who believes in you, my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout the experience.

I'm the doula behind Saoirse Birth.
I've always been drawn to birth and, more specifically, to being a supportive presence for women during one of the most significant experiences of their lives.
After completing my doula training with Davis County Doulas, I knew I had found something that felt deeply meaningful to me.
My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, supported, and empowered throughout your birth while also making sure your partner feels confident and equipped to support you.
